The Ezzy's process is designed to help both you and us make a confident decision. We explore the opportunity together before moving towards onboarding and launch.

    Request the brochure or book a call

    We start with your interest, questions and ambitions. You can download the brochure, complete a first application form or book a first call with our franchise advisor to explore your plans. If relevant, we can also start with a first location scan.

    → Outcome You get a first understanding of the Ezzy's formula and whether it could match your plans.
  2. 02

    Discuss your profile, region and fit

    Together, we explore your background, motivation, experience and preferred region. We also look at your ambitions, local potential, possible territory protection and your personal fit with Ezzy’s, including a DISC profile where relevant.

    → Outcome We get a better sense of your fit with Ezzy’s and the potential in your local area.
  3. 03

    Experience Ezzy’s and review the paperwork

    You get a closer look at the Ezzy’s way of working: formula, method, programs, support structure and what happens inside the swim school. After confidentiality is arranged, we can also share the key franchise paperwork, such as the franchise agreement and concept franchise manual.

    → Outcome You understand how the formula works in practice and what the partnership would look like on paper.
  4. 04

    Assess location, feasibility and business case

    We look at swimming water, local demand, investment, planning, program potential and commercial feasibility. If you already have a region or location in mind, we use that as a starting point. You also prepare your business plan and, if needed, explore financing options.

    → Outcome You get a clearer view of what may be possible, what needs to be in place before launch and whether the business case is strong enough.
  5. 05

    Sign, onboard and prepare launch

    If there is a strong match, we move towards signing the franchise agreement and paying the entry fee. Then we start preparing your Ezzy’s location: location confirmation, onboarding, training, required certifications, systems, marketing preparation, program implementation and launch planning.

    → Outcome You move from orientation to a concrete launch path for your own Ezzy’s swim school, with clear go/no-go moments along the way.
